Red Rock - The Ginger Experience : Red Rock took their popular Ginger Gose, amped-up the alcohol from 5.0 to 6.3 percent, and laid it down for a few months in whiskey barrels. When I saw the combination of whiskey and ginger on the label, my immediate reaction was, “This will be like a whiskey and ginger beer cocktail.”
