Restaurant Review: Getting Steamy With Noodle and Dumpling
Fresh dumplings and hot noodles in Midvale and Millcreek.
I’ll always dig a turkey dinner with stuffing for the holidays, but something about that traditional spread doesn’t quite evoke the year-end joy like it used to. These days, I tend to seek out stacks of bamboo steamer baskets and their pillowy dumplings, or bowls filled with piping hot broth and slippery noodles.
This is the stuff that makes me grateful for another year’s worth of wisdom, and makes me hopeful for what is in store for the year to come. Perhaps this is what led me to Noodle and Dumpling this month.
