I always look forward to curating an annual roundup of the best stuff I ate in the course of a year, digging into the best and brightest of Utah’s culinary scene. Every year, I see new patterns emerge that get me thinking about what is in store for our local restaurant culture as our collective palate continues to evolve.
This year was marked by some standout Asian restaurants, along with a few individual dining experiences that managed to leave me breathless. Based on this year’s top five list, I have high hopes that Utah will continue to show us great things in the years to come.
