The Proper Way: In February, we were part of the house band for Sammy Brue’s Justin Townes Earle tribute show at The State Room, and got to play alongside—and spend some quality time with—some of our favorite people and musicians in the area. And we made a bunch of new friends.
In July, we made City Weekly’s IT list, which was a huge honor! And we sincerely mean that. While musicians are going to make their art regardless of any attention they may or may not get, it means a lot to feel appreciated. So, thank you, City Weekly .
