In August, I wrote about murdered and missing Indigenous people (MMIP) for City Weekly . Since that story was published, several additional Indigenous families have offered to share their stories.
That’s how I learned about Tobey Baker, a 28-year-old Goshute man who disappeared on September 1, 2011 , after checking into a motel in St. George. His sister, Michelle Sanchez, said that Baker had a bright future ahead of him.
