Renowned Salt Lake Chef Takes New Role in Park City. Promontory, the area’s premier private mountain community, has appointed Chef Phelix Gardner as Chef de Cuisine of Sage, the exclusive Italian restaurant inside The Hills clubhouse. Gardner arrives with more than 30 years of experience.
