Xiao Bao Bao Plans Closure In a recent social media post, Xiao Bao Bao announced the closure of both its Salt Lake locations. The restaurant concept from Romina Rasmussen and brothers Derrick and Dwight Yee started out as a pop-up concept that served hand-made bao stuffed with flavorful combos like chicken curry and eggplant.
Rasmussen opened the restaurant’s first storefront in the space that previously belonged to her bakery Les Madeleines, and expanded to a second location in the Milk Block district.
