Restaurant review: ’Mina Ristorante Siciliano
Adam Rosh and Giro Messeri bring a taste of Sicily to Salt Lake City.
The Lasagna Tradizionale Aimee L. Cook Salt Lake City has a new Italian restaurant, and it has the kind of welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. ’Mina is now open at 439 E. 900 South, taking over the spot where Matteo used to be before moving downtown.
But when walking inside, the venue feels completely new. Co-owners Adam Rosh and Giro Messeri renovated the space, adding a sprinkler system, soundproofing and better airflow so guests feel comfortable. The aesthetics have also changed from a concrete-heavy look to something much warmer and more inviting.
