KRCL takes a big swing with new facility in Salt Lake City’s transforming Guadalupe neighborhood.

For years, KRCL has been a staple of Salt Lake City’s community, broadcasting at 90.9 FM from its studios on 300 North. And when the wave of property redevelopment recently arrived at their doorstep, the station seized the opportunity to build a new, permanent home, backed by an ambitious $7 million capital campaign.
The station’s new home will include expanded studio space as well as a venue for community events, fulfilling a longtime goal of evolving KRCL into a vibrant “third place” for their audience.
